Step 3 - Register
Attorneys admitted to practice in the District of Montana can go to PACER to register for e-filing privileges. Information on Attorney Admissions is available here. If you are not an attorney or require limited access, you can register for a non-attorney e-filing account through PACER. If you have questions or need assistance with registration, please contact the PACER Service Center at (800) 676-6856 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CT Monday through Friday or by email at pacer@psc.uscourts.gov.
PLEASE ALLOW 24 HOURS AFTER REGISTERING WITH PACER FOR THE COURT TO REVIEW AND APPROVE YOUR REQUEST. WHEN APPROVED, OR IF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED, AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS PROVIDED DURING REGISTRATION.
