Proposed Local Rules open for Public Comment

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Montana announces proposed amendments to its local rules and invites public comment.  All comments must be submitted no later than Monday, November 24, 2025.  Please email comments to LocalRules@mtd.uscourts.gov, or mail to the Clerk of the Court, United States District Court, 201 East Broadway, Missoula, MT  59802.  Please identify the specific local rule to which your comment(s) relate.
