U.S. Courts Restrict Access and Limit Operations in Response to COVID-19 Public Health Emergency

The United States Courts for the District of Montana have implemented the following orders limiting court operations in response to the COVID-19 public health emergency:

While the United States Courts remain open for business, the following restrictions have been imposed on access to federal courthouses and probation offices in an effort to limit the spread of COVID-19:
