The Local Rules Committee of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Montana is now accepting public comment on proposed amendments to the Local Bankruptcy Rules.  The proposed amendments can be viewed at https://www.mtb.uscourts.gov/rules-statutes.  All comments must be submitted no later than Monday, November 24, 2025.  Please email comments to LocalRules@mtd.uscourts.gov, or mail to the Clerk of the Court, United States District Court, 201 East Broadway, Missoula, MT 59802.
