There are new sperate events for filing a post-confirmation modified plan for chapters 9, 11 (includes Sub V), 11 small business, 12, and 13.  We will no longer use the amended plan event for both amended plans (pre-confirmation) and modified plans (post-confirmation).  Please continue to file a motion to modify plan before filing the modified plan.  Contact the Clerk’s Office with any questions.
