Proposed changes to the Montana Local Bankruptcy Rules (Mont. LBRs) and Local Bankruptcy Forms (Mont. LBFs) have been posted for review here. If adopted, these changes will be effective December 1, 2022. Comments on the proposed changes are invited and must be submitted by November 23, 2022. Comments can be submitted by emailing LocalRules@mtb.uscourts.gov, or mailed to the Clerk of the Court, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, 201 East Broadway, Missoula, MT  59802.  Please identify the specific local rule to which your comment(s) relate.
