Pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9036, pro se debtors may consent to receive documents filed in their case by electronic means.  The Bankruptcy Court for the District of Montana further permits pro se debtors to file their documents electronically by emailing the documents to the clerk of court.  Debtors who are interested in sending and receiving documents electronically are required to complete and return the below form to the clerk of court.
