On December 1, 2016 please join the Montana Chapter of the Federal Bar Association for a CLE with Chief Judge Dana Christensen, Judge Susan Watters and new Magistrate Judge Timothy Cavan discussing their opinions on civility in the federal courtroom.  Listen to what the Judges think lawyers do right, wrong and what we can do better to keep court proceedings focused on fair and efficient resolutions for our clients.  

All attendees will also be welcome to attend a reception for Judge Cavan after his investiture ceremony, to be held at the Battin Courthouse at 2:00 p.m. on December 1.

Where:  The Northern Hotel ballroom, 19th North Broadway, Billings
When:  December 1, 2016,  11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; Registration begins at 10:30 a.m.
Cost:  $50 for Federal Bar Association Members/$75 for non-members
