Clerk’s Office Staff will be in district-wide training from Wednesday, September 6 through Friday, September 8, 2023. Filings can be stamped and left in a drop box at the Clerk’s Divisional Offices in Billings, Butte, Great Falls, and Missoula. They will be filed as of the date stamped on the filing, but processed Monday, September 11.

A scanning station with instructions and a hotline to call for assistance will be available in the Butte office in case of an imminent foreclosure or other emergency filing.
