Effective immediately, Chapter 13 Plan confirmation hearings will be scheduled in the Notice of Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Case and Meeting of Creditors. A separate Notice of Confirmation Hearing will no longer be sent. The confirmation hearings will be held the first available court date the month immediately following the 341 meeting.  

Pursuant to LBR 3015-1, a party objecting to confirmation of the plan must file an objection fifteen days (15) prior to the date set for the confirmation hearing. The objection due date will also be incorporated in the meeting of creditors notice.
